EPCs provide details of a property’s energy efficiency, CO2 emissions and an estimate of heating and hot water costs.
AML are fully qualified, accredited and
insured to provide EPCs,
which we aim to make available
within three working days
of the inspection.

Home Information Packs
Under current Government regulations all properties with three bedrooms or more are required to commission a HIP before it can be marketed. HIPs contain the following information but can be more detailed.
